Registration is mandatory for all symposium participants. Early registration is highly recommended.
Accepted papers will only be included in the symposium programme if at least one of the authors has registered and paid the registration fee before May 30.
Each SAFEPROCESS paper must be covered by at least one registration.
The full registration allows uploading up to three papers co-authored by the registered participant. The fee includes conference admission (29-31 August 2018), a memory stick with the full version of accepted papers, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome and farewell parties, and the gala dinner.
The student registration fee allows uploading one paper co-authored by the registered participant. The fee includes conference admission (29-31 August 2018), a memory stick with the full version of accepted papers, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome and farewell parties, and the gala dinner. The age limit is 30 years, with the student status to be confirmed with an ID.
The accompanying person fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, and the gala dinner.
Personal badges will be provided to identify the registered participants.

Early full registration: 480 EUR (before 30 May 2018)
Late full registration: 680 EUR (after 30 May 2018)
Early student registration: 280 EUR (before 30 May 2018)
Late student registration: 390 EUR (after 30 May 2018)
Early accompanying person registration: 180 EUR (before 30 May 2018)
Late accompanying person registration: 230 EUR (after 30 May 2018)
